01 · Official identity
Who operates OneCedi?
OneCedi is the public brand used on onecedis.com. It may also be written as OneCedis. The website is operated by Croccifixo Cole from Accra, Greater Accra Region, Ghana.
Customer questions, payment issues and privacy requests can be sent to support@onecedis.com. Our current support hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm GMT.
02 · What the platform does
People choose where their contribution should go.
OneCedi presents reviewed project information across community infrastructure, student support and documented giving runs. A user chooses a project, sees the exact amount before checkout, approves the payment with the payment provider and receives a contribution reference.
- One-time contributions start from GH₵1 when that option is available.
- Recurring plans show the full charge and frequency before a user authorises them.
- Project updates, receipts and corrections are connected to a public record where appropriate.
- Recipient close-ups and personal stories are shared only with the required consent.
03 · What OneCedi is not
No savings, loans, investments or financial returns.
OneCedi is not a bank, mobile-money operator, investment scheme, savings product, lender or payment service provider. Users do not earn interest, ownership or a financial return. OnePoints, badges and member recognition have no cash value and cannot be sold or transferred.
Payment details are entered with the independent payment provider. OneCedi records the contribution reference and result needed for receipts, support and project accounting; it does not ask for or store a user's card PIN or Mobile Money PIN.
04 · Documented giving
One service with a clear purpose.
OneCedi Live documents selected giving missions using delayed locations, consent-led filming and reviewed public records. The website currently offers community contributions and related member records only. OneCedi does not currently sell products, operate a marketplace or accept payment for event tickets.
If the business adds another paid service in the future, its price, seller, delivery terms and refund conditions will be published before checkout and kept separate from community contributions.
