01 · Agreement and operator
Using OneCedi means accepting these terms.
OneCedi is the trading name used on this website by Croccifixo Cole, operating from Accra, Greater Accra Region, Ghana. If you do not accept these terms, do not create an account or authorise a payment.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to authorise the payment method you use. Projects may support younger beneficiaries, but minors do not create payment accounts or enter payment agreements with OneCedi.
02 · Service description
OneCedi connects a chosen contribution to a listed purpose.
The platform presents project information, starts checkout with an independent payment provider, records the result, and publishes or sends appropriate updates. OneCedi may also operate documented Live missions connected to a clearly identified project or pool.
OneCedi is not a bank, payment service provider, savings product, lender, investment or crowdfunding security. A contribution does not create ownership, interest, profit, voting rights or a claim to a financial return.
03 · Contributions and authorisation
The exact amount and frequency appear before approval.
- You choose a project and available amount.
- You confirm a Ghana mobile number and may add an email for a private receipt.
- The payment provider asks you to approve the charge using its own secure checkout.
- A payment counts as successful only after OneCedi receives provider confirmation.
- Never send OneCedi your card PIN, CVV, Mobile Money PIN or one-time payment approval code.
Where recurring giving is available, the checkout states the charge and schedule. You authorise future charges until you cancel. Mobile Money and card availability may differ.
04 · Project use and changes
Money must follow the published project purpose.
OneCedi intends to apply confirmed contributions to the project or pool selected at checkout, after disclosed payment costs and any expressly disclosed project administration costs. We do not silently move a contribution to an unrelated purpose.
If a project cannot proceed, materially changes, or raises more than the stated target, OneCedi will publish the change and, where practical, offer the contributor a refund or a clearly described alternative before reallocating unused funds.
05 · Receipts, proof and public records
A reference supports accounting; it is not a financial asset.
Receipts, OnePoints, badges, member bubbles and public record numbers are records of participation. They have no cash value and cannot be sold, transferred or redeemed as money. Public recognition is optional. OneCedi may correct a record when a payment is reversed, refunded, duplicated or entered incorrectly.
06 · Refunds and recurring cancellation
Payment problems have a defined support route.
Refund eligibility and timing are described in the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Approved refunds go to the original payment method. To stop a recurring plan, contact support@onecedis.com before the next billing date. Cancellation stops future charges and does not automatically reverse a completed contribution.
07 · Live content and beneficiary dignity
Consent comes before a close-up.
OneCedi may document its own crew, project work and public wide shots. Live locations may be delayed for safety. Recipient close-ups, names and personal stories remain opt-in and may be removed or restricted where safeguarding, privacy or dignity requires it.
08 · Current service scope
No product or event sales are included.
OneCedi currently accepts only project or giving-pool contributions through the contribution checkout. It does not currently sell merchandise, marketplace goods, tickets, investment products or stored-value balances. Any future paid service will have separate terms before it is offered.
09 · Acceptable use and account security
Use the platform honestly and protect your access.
You must not use OneCedi for fraud, impersonation, money laundering, charge testing, abusive automation, unlawful content or attempts to bypass payment or account controls. Keep your four-digit member PIN private. We may pause an account or transaction to investigate abuse, protect users or comply with law.
10 · Availability, liability and changes
We fix errors, but cannot promise uninterrupted service.
Project, network, payment-provider and third-party services can be delayed or unavailable. To the extent permitted by Ghanaian law, OneCedi is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from an interruption outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that law does not allow us to exclude.
We may update these terms to reflect service, legal or operational changes. The effective date will change, and material changes will be communicated through the website or registered contact route.
11 · Governing law and contact
Ghanaian law applies.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Contact support@onecedis.com first so we can investigate. Payment disputes can be sent to disputes@onecedis.com.
