OneCedi trust standard
Trust should come from records people can check.
Technology can organise a contribution record, but it cannot replace accountable people, consent, independent review or honest corrections.

The financial boundary
The platform records confirmed contributions and project evidence rather than operating as a stored-value wallet. Provider confirmation, reconciliation and required Ghana compliance govern live collection.
- No request for a user's MoMo PIN or card PIN
- No impact credit before provider confirmation
- No presentation of badges or points as money, ownership or investment
The public project record
A future active project should have a stable page containing its brief, responsible team, target, receipts, dated updates and review status. If a total changes or an error is found, the correction should remain visible.
- Separate received, committed, spent and remaining amounts
- Name the evidence type and review date
- Explain delays, substitutions and unused funds
- Keep draft records clearly separated from verified records
Dignity and privacy
Public proof should verify the work without publishing private phone numbers, IDs, school balances or precise locations that create risk. A recipient's consent to support must be separate from consent to photography or publicity.
What must happen before launch
OneCedi should publish its legal operating identity, contact route, payment status, project review process, safeguarding process, fees, refund rules and correction policy before accepting live contributions.
